Moving from another host? Our team migrates cPanel-based websites for you at no extra cost with any hosting plan.
How it works
- Order your plan and choose "I own one" for your existing domain.
- Open a ticket in the Technical Support department titled "Migration request", with your current host's cPanel URL. Share access only through the ticket — never by email or chat.
- We copy everything — files, databases and email accounts — using a full cPanel backup or a transfer from your old host.
- You check your site on a temporary URL before anything goes live.
- Switch DNS to the nameservers shown in your portal. We'll stay on the ticket until the move is complete.

- One migration per hosting account; additional or non-cPanel migrations are quoted individually
Downtime
Most migrations involve no downtime: your old site keeps serving visitors until DNS points to us.
