We aim for 99.9% monthly network and server availability for shared, WordPress, business and reseller hosting, measured by our monitoring.
Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, issues caused by your code or content, AUP enforcement, DNS changes outside our control, and events beyond our reasonable control.

Request a credit by opening a Billing ticket within 30 days of the incident. Credits are applied to future invoices and are your sole remedy for downtime.
