- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operate open relays or proxies
- Host malware, phishing pages, botnet controllers or exploit kits
- Attack, scan or disrupt other systems, including denial-of-service activity
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property
- Host child sexual abuse material or content that is illegal in the United States
- Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive processes on shared hosting
- Resell shared hosting unless you are on a reseller plan
Resource use
Shared plans are for websites and email. Accounts that degrade service for others may be limited or asked to upgrade.
Enforcement
We investigate reports sent to support@cloudxhosting.us. Depending on severity we may warn, limit, suspend or terminate services, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.
