Hosting — 30-day money-back
New shared, WordPress, business and reseller hosting orders can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund of the hosting fee. Request it by opening a Billing ticket.
Not refundable
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers (registry fees are non-refundable once processed)
- Setup fees, SSL certificates and add-ons once issued
- Renewals after the renewal date, and VPS, cloud and dedicated servers after provisioning
Failed fulfilment
If we cannot register a domain or set up a service you paid for, we refund it in full or, at your choice, add it as account credit.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days. Account credit is applied to your next invoices.
