Domains are registered through our accredited registrar partner and are subject to the rules of the relevant registry and ICANN, in addition to our Terms of Service.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate registrant contact information and keep it current. Registries may suspend domains with invalid data, and you must respond to verification emails.
- Ensure your domain does not infringe others' rights. Disputes are handled under the UDRP or the applicable registry policy.
Registration
Availability shown in search is confirmed again at registration. We never charge more than the price you approved; if a premium price changes, we ask before proceeding. If a registration fails after payment we refund or credit you.
Renewal and expiry
With auto-renew on, renewal invoices are created before expiry. Expired domains may enter a grace and redemption period with additional registry fees, after which they may be released.
Transfers
You can request your authorization (EPP) code from your portal after unlocking the domain. Transfers are subject to registry rules, including the 60-day lock after registration or contact changes where applicable.
ICANN materials
Registrant rights and responsibilities and educational materials are published by ICANN at icann.org.
