These terms govern your use of services provided by CloudXHosting through cloudxhosting.us. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Service Level Agreement and, for domains, the Domain Registration Agreement.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep it current, keep your credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where possible. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Orders and billing
Prices are shown before checkout and charged in advance for the selected billing cycle. Services renew automatically at the renewal price shown at purchase unless cancelled. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date; with a saved card we attempt payment automatically.
Non-payment
Unpaid services may be suspended after the grace period shown in your portal and terminated after a further period, after notice to you. Suspended services are restored automatically when the balance is paid.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content and are responsible for it, including backups. We provide backup tools but recommend keeping your own copies.
Our responsibilities
We operate our services with reasonable skill and care and according to our SLA. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend services that breach these terms or the AUP, threaten the security or stability of our network, or are subject to valid legal requests. You may cancel at any time from your portal.
Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
